Eine polnische Organisation sucht Freiwillige für zwei Projekte. Eins
vom 15.1. für 6 Monate und das andere ab 15.1. oder 1.4. oder 1.7.
für jeweils 2 Monate. Bewerbungsschluss ist 20.09.
Im Anhang sind die Infos nochmal etwas übersichtlicher formatiert:).

Also we kindly ask you to send us movie/ppt presentation or other
creative presentations to
show us your skills, and ideas for involvement in the project!
Also please write on which project are you applying. We will contact
ONLY the selected
volunteers within max 5 days after the selection process takes place.
There is possibility of
skype interview also.

Dear friends,
We are pleased to announce the call for partners for two EVS
projects: 
1st   - Boredom with us will not succeed! – long term EVS project
starting from 15.01.2012 for 6 months
2nd  -    Interactive train to coolture! – short term EVS project
in
3 different terms,

Below you will find short projects description. If you are interested
and
willing to  become part of that projects take the following steps:
• Choose the project which you would like to join
• send us applications from your volunteers and then…..
• Fill  in the Preliminary Partnership Agreement, print it, sign
it/stamp it
• Send the  us scanned  Preliminary Partnership Agreement as
notification on 
the email:evs at fundacja-cat.pl [1],  by the  
 20 of September 2012 and fax it on the number which you will see on
the
end of that document

• Also send  Preliminary Partnership Agreement by post –to the
address you will see at the end of the document

TASKS:
1 volunteer – Fundacja Centrum Aktywności Twórczej – youth
information office – writing and coordinating projects, organizing
events, updating website, making posters, leaflets etc, presentations
in
English in local schools and institutions, possible language courses
2 volunteer – Cultural Centre,  organizing events, leading own art
worskhops for local community, administration work of cultural centre,
 presentations in English in local schools, institutions.

2ND PROJECT: Interactive train to Coolture!

- Organizing Day of Europe in Leszno (in the cooperation of Cultural
Centre Leszna and Europe Direct Poznań
- presentations in English in local schools, institutions

                            -       organizing and
leading summer camp for kids and youth in Lasocice/Przybyszewo and 
                                     Leszno who has
no
possibility to go for holidays
                         -          organize youth
parade in Leszno and Wschowa (Youth Day)
                         -         countries
presentations for local people
Partners sending and hosting:
- We are also interested to send volunteers on long-term and
short-term
projects.
- Each partner organization should be accredited as sending and/or
hosting
organization
- We are looking for partners from  Youth in Action Programme
Countries
Practical information
We will provide the following facilities and logistics: 
- Accommodation:  Volunteer will live with others volunteers in the
Center of Leszno in a House (Mała Kościańska   
  4, Leszno)
- Office equipments: desks, computers, Wireless internet, Telephone,
polish mobile number 
- Training courses: we offer a lot of possibilities to participate in
special workshops and training  
- Polish language course  
- Personal support - mentor, coordinator of work, coordinator of
project.
- Pocket money – The volunteer will receive monthly pocket money on
 – 85euros
- Food allowances -  The volunteer will receive monthly food
allowance
– 85 euros  

Profile of the EVS volunteers
• Speak good English
              There can be communication problem if  the
volunteer
 doesn’t  speak English well. This is the most  
              important criterion and your English language
capabilities might be checked if you are preselected to do 
             EVS in Leszno.
• Be enthusiastic and motivated
              A long term EVS project needs motivated
volunteers.
Please show us in your application why you want 
             to join the project and our oragnisation
• Be proactive
            We expect the volunteer to work with us to come up
with
clear goals and expectations and make the most 
           from his/her time in the EVS. That also means
personal
involvement in improving own EVS program.
• Like the multimedia
            Because those positions involves working with
videos,
photos and graphic design and other 
           publications, it will be helpful if the volunteers
like
to work on multimedia.
• Like to moving
As those project you will meet different kids, youth and people you
have
to be ready for moving from one place to another
• Be able to find a sending organization or be member of one

           It is important for the project that there is
respected
sending organization which prepares you to join this 
          EVS project. They will provide you with a pre-departure
training.
• Live in one of the Youth in Action program countries
         At this time we can only accept volunteers from the
program
countries of Youth in Action  program. For the 
        full list of the program countries please consult the
Youth in
Action 2012 program guide on page 65.

IMPORTANT NOTICES BEFORE APPLYING FOR SENDING ORGANISATION
• The SO is responsible to make sure the AXA insurance and pre dep
training
• The SO is responsible for buying ticket together with volunteer
• 100% of the sending costs are transferred to the SO after approval
of
the final  raport by the National Agency.
• Travel costs reimbursement will be given  to the volunteer  by
cash
after the first  month of the project

IMPORTANT NOTICES BEFORE APPLYING FOR VOLUNTEER
• Fundacja Centrum Aktywności Twórczej provides language courses
one
hour a week during all project..   
   Volunteer has the right to resign without any consequences.
• For your transport you will receive a bike to move through the
city.
You will also use the trains and buses here . All the travels
connected
with the project are reimbursed.
• 10% of your total travel costs are for your own costs. 90% will be
reimbursed in the first month of your staying in 
  Leszno
• It is very wise to save some money before coming to Leszno. The
pocket
and food money is decent for EVS, but won’t leave you a lot of space
to
explore  Poland. If you really want to enjoy your EVS, explore the
country and meet up with other EVS volunteers in other cities we would
highly recommend to have some other resources then the basic EVS
allowances. The other fact for this advice is that your insurance on
EVS
is not paying for any healthcare in advance as long as you are not
administered in the hospital. This means in practice that you have to
pay
in advance for your healthcare and have to wait weeks before AXA is
reimbursing the money to your bank account. 
• At the moment of applying you must have a sending organization
