URGENT CALL FOR VOLUNTEER FROM GERMANY!!!

 

German society “Erfolg” in Daugavpils (Latvia) is looking for
volunteer from Germany! 

Project title: Culture in action

Project starts: as soon as possible

Place: Daugavpils, LATVIA

 

PROJECT OPERATES IN THE FRAMEWORK OF OUR ORGANIZATION, WHOSE MAIN
AREAS OF ACTIVITY ARE THE FOLLOWING:

-          Cultural events (theatrical club, sport events,
film evenings, concerts, festivals, speaking clubs, summer schools,
photo schools, exhibitions etc.)

-          Informing youth populations on the issues which
interest them (European exchange programs, education, employment,
volunteering, etc.)

-          Educational groups for youths and adults (drawing,
children schools, computers, music, photo shoots, foreign languages,
Latvian as a second language)

 

Proposed activities for EVS volunteers: 

·                    The volunteers will
participate in various youth events, in realization, evaluation and
development of the projects and programs;

·                    Will take part in the
organization of the cultural events, concerts and exhibitions;

·                    Will take part in the
organization of the childish and youth schools;

·                    Will participate in the
language courses and discussion clubs as a native speaker of the
language;

·                    Will help to prepare the
reports and articles on the events;

·                    Will take part in the
non-formal education and will use acquired knowledge in practice;

·                    Together with the other
volunteers will visit Daugavpils schools and universities to take part
in the informative seminars on the possibilities of Voluntary Service
for the young people;

·                     Will participate in the
society’ everyday work realization, for example, to offer his/her
own ideas;

·                     Will consult young people
about the Voluntary Service to create positive attitude towards
non-formal education and voluntary service. Will motivate young people
to use their free time usefully;

·                    Will help to coordinate the
events on non-formal education, help in development and realization of
the projects and programs.
