Dear colleagues,

We are an EVS accredited host organisation for the Eramus+/Youth in 
Action programme in Luxembourg

(EI reference number: 2012-LU-9). We work actively in the field of 
youth, notably organising musical and multicultural workshops on a 
local, national and international level, as well as bilateral and 
multilateral youth exchanges in cooperation with numerous other organisers.

For 2015, we are looking for a German speaking volunteer whowould be 
interested to join our team and participate in our multicultural youth 
activities.Our aim is to offer him/her an informal learning experience, 
giving him/her the opportunity to practise and develop his/her 
organisational and relational skills, and to acquire valuable cultural 
and social skills in the diversified surrounding of a cultural 
organisation dedicated to the youth. The direct involvement in 
multicultural activities with young people will help develop his/her 
ability to adhere to a project, to work as a team and to supervise 
groups of young people coming from different European cultures and will 
provide him/her with a valuable intercultural learning experience.

Apart from some interest and experience in the field of musicals and 
theatre, the young volunteer should have a good knowledge of the German 
language, while he/she will have the opportunity to deepen his/her 
knowledge in other languages with our staff and the young participants 
of our projects as well as with the language courses in the Luxembourg 
Institute for Languages.
