    EVS with Boys' and Girls' Clubs in Wales


Boys' and Girls' Clubs of Wales, developed from the Boys' Club Movement, 
is one of the oldest youth organisations in Wales. Boys' and Girls' 
Clubs of Wales is a registered charity (1009142) which offers help and 
support to youth clubs/groups/sports clubs. This is done by offering 
constructive youth projects, sporting opportunities, training, advice on 
funding and lots more. The organisation can also give advice and help 
clubs gain charitable status. Boys’ and Girls’ Club is looking for 1 
volunteer to help support and develop their work at their office based 
in the lovely Cardiff. The volunteer will be involved in different areas 
but focusing on social media, working on the website, producing a 
regular newsletter and will be involved in workshops and other 
activities for young people.

BGC is looking for a volunteer with an interest in arts/sports and 
media/digital communication. It is vital that the volunteer be able and 
willing to work on his or her own initiative and use her or his own 
ideas for inclusion in the project. Experience of working with young 
people and in communications may be useful but is not our foremost 
criteria. Experience with social media, website, newsletter, etc and of 
promotions will also be considered an asset.
