Dear partners, we would like to apply for the April deadline (26^th  of 
April 2016) for these projects:

·*L’Escale :* 1 volunteer from October 2016 for 12 months

_Themes:_ youth leisure, sport, cultural exchanges

_Public in the project:_ youngsters between 16 and 25 years old 
(students, trainees, youngsters with some social or professional 
difficulties, disabled youngsters…)

_Town:_ Niort

·*CSC Grand Nord: *1 volunteer from September 2016 for 11 months

_Themes:_ knowledge exchanges, communication, organization of events and 
outgoings for the “family” department

_Public in the project: _Mostly old people (over 60 years old) with some 
social difficulties and families

·*Un Toit en Gâtine:* 1 volunteer from October 2016 for 12 months

**_Themes: _art and culture, youth activities

_Public in the project : _youngsters between 16 and 25 years old

Volunteers shall fill in the attached application form (in French or in 
English) and send us back it with their CV and their specific motivation

We will select our volunteers and give you an answer before the end of 
April 2016.



The volunteers will work mainly with the team of socio-educational 
workers in blocks of flats for young people (RHJ).
The activities will be:
- To lead actions to boost the collective life in the  RHJ: 
implementation of cultural, sports, leisure, culinary, citizens and 
intercultural activities; support of young people in their projects, 
participation in the community garden with the young people.
- To manage the administrative tasks related to the animation: budget 
form, date capture on the software Bredea...
- To develop the communication around the activities: creation of 
posters, flyers, slides for the dynamic screens, newsletters, update of 
the Facebook profile...
- To participate in the everyday life of RHJ: welcome of the new 
residents, visits... To participate occasionally in the community grocery.
The volunteers will also have the possibility of setting up a personal 
project in connection with the socio-educational project of l'Escale.

- To be more than 18
- To show high interest to work with young people: students, workers, 
young people with social or professional difficulties, with disabilities…
- To be flexible, punctual, motivated, autonomous

- To have driving license and to be able to drive in France


Please take into consideration that the project takes place in rural 
area in Deux-Sèvres department, the city of Parthenay counts 10 000 
inhabitants. The volunteer has to be ready to live in an isolated 
environment
