bewilligten 1monatigen Kurz-EFD im Juni 2013. Mit 8 anderen EFDlern
aus Italien, Bulgarien, der Türkei und Slowenien organisaiert ihr ein
Straßenfestival. Eine kurze Projektbeschreibung findet ihr unten.

from Macedonia, would like to apply for a EVS Project “<b><i>Streets
up for Diversity” . </i></b>It is a short term EVS
project, that will gather volunteers in the summer 2013, to
support organization of a local festival.</div>

interested to volunteer on short-term EVS Projects </div>
<div class="yiv1508843894MsoNormal"><span style="background:white;">We are applying with a project
with duration of services in summer time and we are looking
for volunteers who are interested in joining our activities
in Macedonia, in preparation of local animation festival.</span></div>
<div class="yiv1508843894MsoNormal"><b>Streets Festival, Hosting
Organisation- </b><span style="background:white;">In
particular, we will apply for around <b>10 volunteers</b>
in the period of <b>July-August 2013</b></span></div>

<div class="yiv1508843894MsoNormal"><b>Short Summary of the
project:</b></div>
<div><font face="arial, sans-serif">The project “Streets Up for
Diversity" is a short term EVS project that links between
social inclusion of marginalized youth, self initiative and
youth work in order to provide equal opportunities to local
young people living in areas near Kumanovo. The partner
organizations and volunteers together aim to explore working
with youth from marginalized groups with an accent on Roma.
The promoters will focus more specifically on the following
aspects:</font></div>
<div><font face="arial, sans-serif">• To engage local youth
marginalized youth in a diverse range of activities, such as
creative and artistic workshops to enhance their inclusion
in the community.</font></div>
<div><font face="arial, sans-serif">• To provide space for
linking of the researching the inclusion of marginalized
groups in the activities that are offered to young people in
schools but also in youth centers.</font></div>
<div><font face="arial, sans-serif">• To improve the local
intercultural dialogue and share best practices between the
partner organizations.</font></div>
<div><font face="arial, sans-serif">The short term EVS project
will offer vacancy for: 10 volunteers coming from 5
different countries (Germany, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Italy and
Turkey) for 1 month (June 2013) in Kumanovo the largest
interethnic and inter-religious town In Macedonia. The
volunteers will have the chance to work on their personal
and professional improvement, developing their
communication, entrepreneurship and initiative skills.</font></div>
