<div>A youth center in Estonia,
Kuressaare town is looking for a
volunteer (aged 18 -30). The volunteer
is needed for 1 year period from the
1st of February 2016 until 31 of
January 2017.</div>

<div>The main tasks of the volunteer
will be:</div>

youth activities: hikes, bike trips,
camps so that kids can learn to value
the beauty of nature and also
encourage an active life-style; </div>

planning photo-shootings outdoors to
make the most of the beautiful
estonian skyies&landscapes and
develop new skills;</div>

exploring the nature and try to find
materials that can be used to create
hand-made local items, which will
empower youth and increase their sense
of entrepeneurship etc.</div>

workshops: re-cycle, re-use and
repurposing workshops for youth in the
youth center;</div>

awarness in young people and local
community about distructive/unhealty
habits and encourage youth to be a
loud voice in the community by
organizing local events of
„good/healty practices”</div>

photos and making short movies</div>

many other interesting tasks</div>

<div>Requirements for the volunteer:
comfortable and confident around
youngsters; speak basic English; take
initiative; collaborative and
reliable; flexible; to be able to work
both independently and in a team;
curious, creative and easy-going. It
is preferred that the volunteer has
some previous experience in ecology
projects.</div>

<div>The volunteer will live in a cozy
hostel room with shared
kitchen/bathroom and showers and s/he
will earn 85 euros per month as pocket
money.</div>
